POSITION OVERVIEW:

• The Product Manager - In-App Insights and Analytics will be responsible for developing and delivering customer-facing analytics solutions to drive engagement and improve user experience. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and client services to identify user needs, define product requirements, and deliver best-in-class insights and analytics experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of data, data visualizations, user behavior, and business metrics to inform and influence product decisions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a product analytics framework to measure and track key metrics, including user engagement, retention, and conversion rates
• Work closely with engineering, data science and design teams to develop and deliver customer-facing best in class insights and analytics solutions
• Identify and analyze user behavior patterns to inform product strategy and roadmap with a heavy emphasis on data visualization and productization/commercialization
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product analytics, data visualizations and data science to inform strategy and improve processes
• Deliver regular reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborate with clients and client services teams to understand user needs and pain points
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development
• Define and prioritize product requirements for in-app insights and analytics experiences

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Passion for product innovation, user experience, and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is desired
• 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on developing customer-facing insights analytics solutions
• Passion for details, documentation and process adherence
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools
• Capability to identify solutions to a wide array of problems
• Passion for data AND the productization/commercialization of data is required
