The Identity Access Management Intern will participate in IAM Lifecycle optimization projects. Responsibilities will include: Gathering requirements from business teams for project implementation Assists team with analysis, design, implementation and testing lifecycle management Provides production support Works in a team environment Prepares identity and access management standards, policies, and procedures Verifies security systems by developing and implementing test scripts Writes detailed security requirements for deployment of applications and network infrastructure components and participates in focus groups to help define security requirements for new and emerging identity access management technologies Defines and implements identity access management security architecture policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, and baselines. Makes recommendations regarding identity access management plans, policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures To join the Team, you will need the following experience and skills:

1. 2nd or 3rd year student pursuin a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Services, or related technical field. 3.0 GPA is preferred

2. Must have good Communication Skills

3. Knowledge of the ITIL process, incident and problem management, as well as agile/scrum is helpful

4. Skills in public speaking, training, and technical writing

5. Ability to learn products and concepts quickly and thoroughly

6. Basic programming on object-oriented language and scripting

7. Basic knowledge of Service Now, Performance Analytics, PING, SSO, LDAP

8. Analytical and structured thinking/problem solving – understand true root causes, effective counter measures and continuous improvement practices, attention to detail

9. Highly organized, exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

10. Ability to work independently, and strong desire to overcome challenges

11. Data driven with proven results and outcomes

12. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Benefits: Hands on experience working as a true IAM lifecycle environment Experience working as a leader of a team on efforts within a sprint Learning new applications such as Service Now, Performance Analytics, PING, IAM Experience working on a team with a wide array of skillsets and personalities, but work as one unified team Learning how to handle multiple team’s needs and priorities Strong understanding of identity management account and entitlement lifecycle, federated identity management, onboarding and offboarding, privilege accumulation, role-based access control, authentication, authorization, and accounting Acquire experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
