Manages the practice to operate a financially viable, quality driven based office practice. The practice manager is responsible for personnel management, staff training, financial management, purchasing and inventory, records management, quality improvement, corporate compliance and marketing and business development with functional supervision of medical records, billing, front office staff, nursing supervisor and facility maintenance. Coordinates with the Executive Director to provide networking within the Physician Practice departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Strong public relations skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to analyze budget and financial reports.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate issues and develop solutions.
• 3 - 5 years health related field required.
• Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of use and maintenance of standard patient care equipment encountered in a medical practice.
• Strong leadership and team building skills required.
• Must be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Computer literacy sufficient to work in a networked PC environment.
