Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.

Ten plus years of project management experience is required.

Monitor reporting and assist the team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.

Provide project planning, milestone management, scope management, and resource forecasting.

Provide change management across the organization

Ensure the successful implementation of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables.

4 + years’ experience in cross-functional project management

2 + years’ experience within a Project Management Office

Ensure initiatives are managed following Project Management Best Practices

Use a problem-solving approach to initiative execution and risk management

Stakeholder management to ensure transparency and accountability

Experience as a remote worker demonstrating time management and self-discipline with cultural change management and Agile mindset

Oversees, manages, and tracks all incoming tasks and actions related to both the DSCM CTS office and Peraton.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10-12, a Master's Degree and 8-10 or a High School Diploma and 16 years of experience.

Experience in performing PMO roles on large and complex global programs.

Experience of overseeing deliverables from initiation through client acceptance.

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

A PMP certification is desired.
