Personal Household Assistant In Miami

• $80,000+ gross p.a. (DOE)

In addition to holding core PA skills, we are seeking someone who can perform the following duties:

• Running errands, including processing returns with FedEx or other couriers/post office.
• Assisting with additional school pick-ups when the Principal is unable to do so.
• Maintaining records and inventory of household purchases.
• Assisting with ad hoc travel arrangements.
• Organising within the house (please note that this role does not include housekeeping duties).
• Accurate and concise management of household documentation; filing and reporting to the Chief of Staff.
• Coordinating Lifestyle appointments and establishing good relations with local restaurants, private members clubs, hotels and service providers.
• Acting as the point of contact for telephone calls, emails and other correspondence to the household.
• Providing packing and unpacking assistance.
• Assisting with event preparation and greeting guests upon arrival, including taking coat checks and drink orders.
