Responsibilities

  • Good team player, quick learner, capable of working in high-demand work environments, and ready to accept any challenges
  • The desired candidate should have at least 5 years of functional experience in Oracle or PeopleSoft HCM modules like human resources, benefits administration, and payroll
  • Ability to perform analysis, planning, and get requirements for implementation of new functionalities
  • Should work closely with designers to complete the enhancements in designs and testing of new processes
  • Should have experience in one or more fluid applications and configure test security configurations
  • Should perform functional modeling, develop architectures, and process improvement reviews that include system functionality, operations, and logistics
  • Preferred to have experience in PeopleSoft Test Framework
  • Should have experience in full life cycle implementations that include designing, building, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant field
  • Ability to identify, clarify and resolve risks and issues and escalate them to higher officials if needed
