Overview


The People & Places Analytics, Research, and Technology (PART) team is looking for a People Analytics Partner with experience in creating flexible, scalable, business-facing analytics & reporting solutions. This role is crucial for delivering on Intuit’s vision of accelerating data driven people decisions. Applying your expertise in data visualization and data storytelling, you will partner closely with senior HR and business leaders to understand their analytics needs and co-design dynamic, interactive reporting and analytics solutions that delight your customers. You will be responsible for these solutions end-to-end, starting with deeply falling in love with the customer problem, to building the right solution, to collecting ongoing feedback through multiple iterations that drive continuous improvement. In addition, you will help strengthen our data-driven culture through ongoing user education, training, and change management efforts that support the widespread adoption of self-service people analytics tools. Your efforts will enable us to create amazing people experiences through data - in order to contribute to the larger mission of ‘maximizing the potential of our employees’ and accelerating Intuit's business growth.


What You'll Bring

  • Skilled at managing various internal and external stakeholders during complex project, from scoping, execution, and delivery of results
  • Ability to extract, assemble, and arrange data in a compelling way that enables others to intuitively draw out insights and meaningful conclusions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
  • Responsible for managing project time-lines and task assignments to ensure successful completion of the project within scope and on schedule.
  • Fluent in one or more standard data visualization and short-term dashboard building tools
  • Fluent in Excel and at least one scripting language (i.e., R, Python) with the ability to automate repetitive, manual work
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, while managing expectations appropriately
  • Two or more years of experience working in People Analytics, Talent Management, Organizational Development and/or Consulting to organizations
  • Agile and able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Strong understanding of the HR data landscape and the functions and processes that produce this data, including existing challenges and best practices
  • Expertise in analyzing and interpreting people-related data (i.e. degree or equivalent experience/expertise in Psychology, Sociology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Economics or other people-focused field)
  • Expertise in data visualization best practices, storytelling through data, and visual design of data


How You Will Lead


  • Build a community of “power users” for people analytics tools and solutions, in order to accelerate our data-driven culture and increase widespread adoption of self-serve people analytics
  • Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in short-term, scalable data visualization and dashboard design including tools & technology
  • Deeply understand Intuit’s people strategy, business strategy, and our key people questions that need to be answered through data
  • Design visually appealing and intuitive short-term dashboards using industry-standard data visualization tools and platforms
  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable dashboard templates for agile and efficient new short-term dashboard creation
  • Generate insights that go beyond the surface of the data, in order to help stakeholders understand the underlying "why" and what to do about it
  • Create interactive and dynamic visualizations that enable users to explore data on their own to uncover actionable insights
  • Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders on identifying the right data and analytics solutions that will effectively support enhanced decision-making
  • Design and deploy ongoing training, coaching, and data education to improve the data acumen of our partners and their ability to generate their own insights through data exploration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather iterative feedback & continuously improve design and functionality of solutions
  • Collaborate with data analysts and developers to identify relevant data sources, ensuring relevance, accuracy and integrity
