We are seeking a skilled and experienced Onsite WMS(Warehouse management system)/LMS (Labor Management Systems) business analyst to join our team. As a Consultant, you will work directly with our clients, providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, Analysis, configuration, and optimization of the KPI and measurements of WMS / LMS system.

Responsibilities:

• Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the Labor management system. Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training guides, and system configuration documentation.
• Business Analysis and KPI definition : Collaborate with operations team to understand the current warehouse processes. Analyze the measurement and job functions recorded in the system. Discuss with business to understand the measurement needs, understand the business requirements. Help in standardizing the labour measurements and KPI.
• Process mapping and documentation: Work with ops user to understand current warehouse labour management processes and document the same.

Requirements:

• Experience working in Manhattan WMS , LMS solutions is a plus.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management and logistics operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong SQL and PLSQL knowledge for data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong knowledge of Labour management concepts, processes, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required (if applicable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in business analysis of warehouse management / Labor management solution.
• Proficiency in defining processes, KPIs and analytics form measurement and baselining of Labour KPIs.
