Job Summary
This position is NOT remote. Will require being on-site every day
Relocation is not available and the site will be located in Putnam County, Ohio
Basic Payroll/Timekeeping experience is strongly preferred
To provide clerical support performing routine activities under general supervision and within defined procedures for Payroll and Timekeeping. May have regular contact with clients, suppliers, or company employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information. This position will work alongside other clerks and underneath an office manager.

- Performs scanning and electronic filing
- Answers phones
- Faxes documents
- Performs other general clerical duties as needed
- Assembles documents (reproduction and collation)
- Receives and distributes mail
- Maintains simple spreadsheets
- Prepares files for archiving
- Individual contributor with no subordinates
- Distributes documents
- Completes simple paper filing activities
- Performs basic word processing and data entry
- Orders office supplies
- Greets and directs visitors
