Adaptable Family Assistant Needed In Boulder County - 8+ Weeks Pto

Location: N.63rd St & Oxford, Longmont (Boulder County)

Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: This family will guarantee 40 hours/week. The schedule will run from Monday to Friday, three days a week will be starting from 10 am to 12 pm, and continuing until 7:30 pm. Additionally, they will require two days a week with a work schedule from 2 pm to 9 pm.

About the Family:

• Both parents work from home, but have an office outside of the main house. Dad also travels internationally 1 week/month.
• Their 20-acre farmland hosts chickens, alpacas, and more; however, there are no pets in the house.
• This family has homes internationally, which they will travel to 3+ months out of the year, which you will have off paid!!
• They have one strong willed, yet sensitive 4 year old daughter. She is bilingual, and goes to school full-time. She enjoys spending her time outside on their farm, at gymnastics or ballet classes!

About the Job:

• Responsibilities encompass standard family assistant duties: meal preparation and light cooking (cooking enthusiasts welcome), laundry and ironing, organization projects, tidying common areas and the daughter's room, errands, driving the daughter to activities, and school pickups.
• Driving requirements- mileage reimbursement offered
• Standard vaccinations not required.
• All standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of PTO, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered

The Ideal Candidate: will have 5+ years of experience as a family assistant/nanny manager. Someone who can bring a youthful energy, demonstrates adept conflict resolution skills with children and effective communication with parents, understands and respects diverse cultures, as the wife comes from a European background. Lastly, the ideal candidate will thrive in outdoor and active settings, aligning with the farm lifestyle, and have an excellent driving record.

Rate of Pay (Gross): $35- $40/hour
