The Role
Beyond Finance is searching for an office-savvy Payment Operations Associate that will be responsible for
performing a variety of clerical tasks within our Business Operations Department. This position will collaborate with
the department to assist in helping the client settle as much of their unsecured debt as possible. The Business
Operations Department works directly with creditors, agencies and law offices to resolve delinquent accounts to
negotiate the best possible savings for each client.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with creditors and agencies (on the phone and via email) in order to clear payment
  • Manage daily settlement pipeline and exception reporting for the payment setup and clearing process.

Qualifications
