As the Payment Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our payment processing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Overview The Payment Operations Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the payment processing system. This includes overseeing the processing of payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment regulations, and providing customer service to clients. The Payment Operations Lead will also be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the payment system. Detailed Job Description The Payment Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the payment processing system. This includes managing the processing of payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment regulations, and providing customer service to clients. The Payment Operations Lead will also be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the payment system. The Payment Operations Lead will also be responsible for monitoring the system for any errors or discrepancies, and resolving any issues that arise. Job Skills Required• Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in payment processing or related field
• Knowledge of payment processing systems and regulations
• Experience with customer service and communication
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payment processing issues
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
