Perform chart abstraction and data entry of relevant data elements from paper or other medium into the Electronic Medical Records system. Required: * One year experience in healthcare, high school diploma * Computer data entry experience, word, excel, power point, NextGen EMR * Excellent interpersonal skills * Medical terminology knowledge
