Job Description
Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara LLP is looking for a Digital Records clerk that is tech savvy, detail oriented and extremely organized. This position will work closely with our technology team to assist with supporting the firm’s record retention policies. Our files are digital, so you will be working with electronic records on a regular basis. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, organize and save large media files as well as organize documents for archiving and prepare documents for destruction. You may also be asked to assist with other clerical tasks such as downloading files, consolidating documents, etc.


Prior experience at a law firm is preferred, but not required.


Requirements


  • Experience working with document management software (e.g., NetDocuments) or cloud storage, a plus
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat PDF and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access)
  • Computer savvy, self-motivated, detail oriented and extremely organized
  • BA or AA degree or equivalent
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
