Remote Hotel Scheduler Jobs

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Hotel Scheduler to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with experienced travel coordinators to plan and coordinate travel arrangements for our clients. We welcome applicants with no prior experience or degree in event coordination, but who possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing travel budgets and ensure expenses are tracked and reported accurately
• Develop and distribute itineraries to clients
• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to arrangements
• Assist in researching and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that all aspects of travel are being coordinated effectively
• Participate in evaluating trip success and provide feedback to the team and clients for future improvements
• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Flexibility to work outside of traditional business hours, as needed
• Strong organizational and project management skills
