Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Maintain a safe and friendly environment in accordance with the venue policy
• Must be reliable and available to work nights and weekends
• Serve as an usher monitoring ticketing, venue entrance and seating in reserved areas
• Event staff will arrive to the venue 1.25-2 hours prior to the scheduled contest for ticketing and ushering responsibilities and will remain until event has concluded
• Notifies game administration and/or law enforcement of any issues with event attendees that require additional support

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Available on nights and weekends
• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience with customer service or event staffing

• Experience within college athletics
• Bachelor’s Degree
