Have knowledge of all authorized credentials.

Effective oral communication and writing skills in the English language

Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, executives, and staff to understand their needs and expectations for events and office management.

Create and manage budgets for events and office-related expenses.

Proven experience in event planning and coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Excellent customer service and cash handling experience in ticket office or comparable positions (hotel reservationist, restaurant host/server, etc.) is required.

Balancing and filing daily/weekly cash and credit card ticket office reports.

Complete cash, check and credit card transactions over the phone and in person for all events held at the Center.

Serve as a point of assistance and information for patrons both in-person and over-the-phone.

Assisting in volunteer coordination of all theatre events.

Gathering and maintaining information on cultural events happening in Cache Valley and providing information to patron.

Less than high school; no previous experience required.

Experience handling sensitive information while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and exercising discretion

Effective phone skills: able to practice clear communication, active listening, and patience

Provide sales support by promoting upcoming games and events, suggesting ticket packages, upgrades, and athletic donations.

Supervise and assist with training student staff workers in the office as they respond to phone inquiries.

Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service, diffusing customer complaints, and resolving problems effectively

Ensure customers leave with a positive experience

Minimum 1 year of security related experience is preferred (Security)

Must be 18+ to work any event

Must be 21+ to work in age restricted areas

Must be 21+ with valid servers license to work in bar areas or to check ID's

Ticket scanning & promotional material distribution

Must enjoy helping others and working within a team environment.

Proactive in seeking out positive interactions with both guest and coworkers and interested in maintaining those positive relationships

Must enjoy speaking and interacting with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner

Must be available to attend all necessary in-person and virtual training as a prerequisite for employment

Ability to stand, walk or walk up and down stairs throughout an event

Athletics Game Day Event Staff

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour

High School Graduate. Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Assist guests with their needs during their game-day experience.

Verify tickets for access to Club and Suite Levels.

Knowledge and interest in sports/athletics

Greet patrons attending home football games

Settle seating disputes or help solve other customer concerns

Show patrons where to find exits, bathrooms, and concession stands

Help point out disorderly or obnoxious patrons

Provide assistance with patrons’ special needs, such as helping those with wheelchairs

Will Call: Distribute will call and troubleshoot/manage customer expectations when issues arise

Experience handling and balancing cash

Event days with strong focus on customer interaction and service

Customer Service: Assist customers with lost tickets and other customer service related issues

Sales: sell tickets on Ticketmaster Host and/or Archtics Systems during event walk-up
