ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Knot Worldwide has an opportunity for a highly-motivated Partnerships Specialist to support our exciting in-house online eCommerce Business Development team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role is suited for someone who is highly organized, has great written and verbal communication, and can build & maintain cross-functional relationships. This candidate will support the larger eCommerce strategy and be an integral part of our growth!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify new and creative ways to source key brands
• Collaborate with Merchandising on newly launched sellers’ performance system
  • Identify brand candidates for deeper partnerships and enterprise spend growth

• Collect and organize commercial agreements & documentation, owning renewal calendar & team reminders
• Lead campaign reporting & analysis for internal and external initiatives
• Conduct outreach to new brands/companies for prospective relationships
  • Identify new and creative ways to source key brands
• Liaise all inbound inquiries, handle internal evaluation process, and keep decision record
  • Log inbound volume and measure against recent brand press or campaigns
• Support Business Development team in preparation for key partner meetings
• Reporting & Project Management
• Responsible for internal dashboard upkeep, including brand statuses and prioritization
• Log inbound volume and measure against recent brand press or campaigns
• Build & execute framework for seller sentiment tracking + future seller portal
• Key developer of Business Development’s quarterly competitive analysis
• Manage the end-to-end seller pitch and onboarding process for select categories
• Seller Prospecting & Portfolio Management

SUCCESSFUL PARTNERSHIPS SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-2+ years of eCommerce partnership experience preferred
• Well organized and well versed in Excel/Google sheets
• Creative thinker and problem-solver determined to achieve the desired outcome
• Analytical and data-driven; experience in web analytics preferred
• Excels in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
