YOUR MISSION

  • Curate user-generated content (UGC) to enhance the shoppability of content.
  • Support team members with quality control by providing clear and timely feedback on any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in building content calendars with the Senior Content Specialist and Site Merchandisers to map out product launches, brand initiatives, seasonal trends, and more.
  • Take ownership of site content projects and tasks as required, based on business needs and priorities.
  • Build and schedule content campaigns for the US and Canada websites, aligning with brand best practices, including the homepage and other key category landing pages.
  • Although not responsible for designing creative for the site, your creative perspective will be highly valued.
  • Collaborate with the Email Marketing team to identify creative that tells a cohesive visual story for customers from email to the site.
  • Conduct competitor analyses with the Mobile App Content Specialist to identify industry trends and generate innovative storytelling ideas on the site.
  • Partner cross-functionality with PUMA stakeholders to update content pages in support of product launches and brand initiatives.

YOUR TALENT

  • 1-2 years of experience in the Ecommerce field.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and a creative background is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and react quickly to changes in business trend or other direction.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with a Content Management System is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Curious about understanding customer behavior and identifying takeaways
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • High-energy, positive attitude with a commitment to improving the PUMA online experience.
