Partner Program Manager Jobs

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business development and sales to identify and refine Data Center and Edge Computing ecosystem member map
• Activate cross-marketing activities with contracted partners from set-up and enablement, through lead generation, deal registration, and opportunity management
• Integrate opportunity funnel with partners into the CRM, track, manage, and report activity with partners and ecosystem members
• Research and evaluate candidate companies culminating in a prioritized target list of potential integration and ecosystem partners
• Educate and inform potential partners about the company’s Partner Program, technologies, system solution elements, and overall value proposition
• Collaborate with Sales/BD and operations to refine quarterly business reviews as part of a continual improvement program
• Collaborating with Sales/Business Development, build working relationships with ecosystem partners while enhancing existing relationships
• Working with content marketing, generate key Partner Assets supporting lifecycle engagements from engagement, through contracting, onboarding, activation, and continued improvement (ex. Presentation and video library)
• Collaborate with Sales/Business Development to create a comprehensive Partner Program
• Assist in the building and maintenance of a partner advisory group
• Operationalize the Partner Program across functions by defining workflows, roles and responsibilities, and deliverables
• Assist in the development of demand-generation programs with Partners

Qualifications and Experience

• Technically orientated with an existing knowledge base and an ability to quickly learn, and assimilate advanced computing elements
• Experience with, or an ability to quickly learn, Tier 1 CRM (ex. NetSuite)
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in partner marketing or management in the high-performance (ideal: server) computing sector
• Experience marketing technology to, or for, Data Centers, Edge Computing, or 5G Telecomm operations
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college in Business, Marketing, Operations, or work experience in a related field - minimum of five (5) years preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
• Commercially minded with B2B experience and engagements demonstrating creative management of both the strategic and tactical elements of partnership enablement, integration, and activation
• Process-driven and proactive – attack opportunities that surface, combined with strong skills in creating processes to ensure you plan for success
• Experience in building marketing channel programs for partnerships with technology members including but not limited to L10/L11 server and rack integrators, value-added distributors, etc.
• Experience working with cross-functional team members to develop partner strategies, programs, assignments, KPI’s and reporting
• Comfortable working autonomously and within a team
• Sustainability advocate, with passion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
