Role Purpose


We are looking for a dedicated Partner Marketing Manager to take immediate ownership of the strategy, development, and execution of various partner programs by collaborating with internal and external resources. We expect you to enhance marketing programs that build awareness, create demand, and measure results.

Our ideal candidate must have prior experience building strategies for various partnership marketing channels. You will be a primary marketing contact for local and international partners—intercultural awareness is a must.

The core of this role is to develop a marketing plan, execute events, and create marketing content and sales tools to support partners’ products and services to drive revenue growth.


Role Responsibilities

  • You will build an annual/quarterly strategic marketing program with the partner including joint GTM, webinars, events, white papers, case studies etc. and support build and nurture new client acquisition leads.
  • Focus on strategic priorities, tackle operational challenges, and manage through hyper-growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partner contacts, alliance leaders and internal stakeholders to help further the relationship and joint marketing opportunities.
  • Track and report progress through KPIs and RoI metrics
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives.
  • Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with key alliance executives (internal and partner) to analyse success/progress, identify gaps and maintain executive alignment and support.
  • Regular reporting on the performance of partner marketing programs.
  • Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behaviour trends, target audience, demography, etc
  • Developing a strong rapport with internal stakeholders (sales, internal marketing, and BD) is equally important.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute online and offline marketing initiatives to extend awareness for an organization.
  • Manage business reporting for leadership discussions.


Skills & Experience

  • 6-10 years of relevant marketing experience with forging alliances and/or partner marketing.
  • Ability to be successful in a complex, globally Scaled the sales and engineering environment.
  • Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing, and industry events
  • Strong receptivity to feedback and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, comfort in dealing with a dynamic business environment.
  • Stellar communications skills with ability to own things end to end.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter that can build and launch programs and communications within budget and effectively manage multiple timelines.
  • Experience in planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves to ideate and come up with solutions and see them through to the finish line.
  • Experience with or at large enterprise organizations, managing internal stakeholders, and presenting to executives.
