Partner Marketing Manager
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will be essential in developing and managing partner focused marketing initiatives that drive strong ROI and maximize partner engagement and new partner and customer acquisition. You will have an opportunity to work with our amazing team, bringing fresh marketing and strategic ideas to help shape our brand, attract new partners, and increase the value of our software.
In this role you will
- Marketing creator: Ensure a true omnichannel approach and design, implement, and run marketing campaigns with and for partners. Create engaging value propositions and cobranded marketing collateral. Support and help develop content for the Partner portal.
- Value driver: Communicate the value of company to prospective partners.
- Collaborator: Collaborate with the Global Partner Team, product, sales, and other teams to ensure successful global and regional campaigns and initiatives.
- Effective Partner: Develop and maintain relationships with partners globally. Build clear work flows and processes for marketing campaigns, assets and material associated to the recruitment, on-boarding and ongoing support of new partners.
- Full-cycle executioner: Help to define marketing campaigns and events based on Partner Business plans and drive execution to generation to target qualified opportunities. Manage MDF funding and ensure an effective RoI.
- Data champion: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics. Provide insight and analysis on the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- A minimum 3-5 years’ marketing experience within an IT, services or B2C focused business.
- Ability to develop effective relationships and work collaboratively cross functionally.
- It is essential to have had experience in working with sales and services partners and ecosystems.
- Experience in managing multiple projects with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to understand the true TOV of the company and be able to merge it with the partner necessities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, social media and marketing campaign skills, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills
