Part Time Contract Lawyer - Litigation

Part time litigation attorney - must be admitted in New York or Indiana. The work will be primarily legal research and potentially some writing. Must be fully familiar with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Evidence.

We need to know your educational background and prior and current employment history. If you also do work for other firms, conflicts checks will need to be run, and we will need to know whether you are covered by any other malpractice insurance. We expect, if you are accepted, to apply to our malpractice carrier to have you covered for work done for our firm. The carrier will need to know whether you have been the subject of any prior or current claims or know of an incident that may lead to a claim .

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $125.00 - $150.00 per hour
