Service Schedule: Merit 12 months


Position Description


Under general supervision, answers phone and greets guests to the office; receives and responds to inquiries concerning the program from interested potential students; organizes and maintains files and database on students currently enrolled in the graduate program; supervises work study and other student assistants; monitors supplies and services budget and prepares monthly report; makes travel arrangements; corresponds with departments across campus; gathers information for class schedule; and performs other related duties as requested. This is a first shift, 11-month position with a part-time work schedule of 20 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.


Required Qualifications: Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to two years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing.
