Dallas, TX | Warehouse Team | Reports to Sr. Manager, Ecommerce Operations

Our Operations Team plays a vital role to ensure each shipment is carefully inspected, each order is perfectly packaged and consistently delivers a premium brand experience.

As The Citizenry’s Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions such as processing returns, quality checking incoming shipments, and overseeing outgoing packages. This associate will be the primary on-site contact at the warehouse and will work closely with our dedicated 3PL team to prepare products for shipping and restocking returned inventory.

THE JOB

• Manage and coordinate product sample reviews with the Product Design team.
• Manage returns process - includes reviewing products, repackaging as needed, managing rejected and damaged inventory.
• Assist with planning, procuring, and testing new packaging components as needed.
• Assist with receiving shipments - opening boxes, counting, matching to packing lists.
• Maintain deep knowledge of upcoming and current collections to match packaging needs, inserts, and collateral for each product

• Extremely detailed with a sense of urgency and process-orientation with special attention to product quality, packaging, & presentation
• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Self-sufficient, able to manage and prioritize variable work streams.
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in a warehouse / logistics / retail / start-up environment a plus

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Availability Monday-Friday, 8 am - 2PM, 2-3 days / week
• Temperatures in the warehouse are variable, with dramatic increases or decreases in response to weather.
• Ability to team lift items 51 to 125 pounds through course of the day and be on your feet for long periods of time
• This opportunity requires on average 20-25 hours a week on-site at our fulfillment center in Garland, TX. During peak season, additional hours may be required.
