  • Troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues and discrepancies.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Prior remote work experience is preferred.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track team and individual performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
