Description:

Position Summary:

This position will support American Honda Motor’s (AHM) HR Service Delivery Data Management team with daily data entry activity. The Data Management team supports operations for Honda locations across North America. Our team supports various data entry for new and active associates within Success Factors.

Daily Tasks:

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Audit and file data entries processed by team members in a timely manner.

Process data entry requests within Honda’s HRIS system (Success Factors)

Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure data entry is completed appropriately.

Ensure entries are accurate to prevent a negative impact on downstream business partners.

Communicate and collaborate with various business functions until entry has been completed.

Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Top Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail

2+ years of experience with critical data entry

Ability to analyze complex data.

Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to learn systems and follow processes.

Desired Skills:

Experience With Success Factors Is Strongly Preferred.

Experience with data entry within an HR-related function (strongly preferred).

Experience with Taleo desired.

Work Environment:

Once trained, this position can be up to 80 % remote (Work in the office as business needs dictate)

Must be able to come into the office as needed.
