Order And Data Entry Rep - Remote | Wfh

Are you detail-oriented and adept at managing orders and data entry? Join our team as an Order and Data Entry Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our order processing system. Your meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills will contribute to delivering outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities
Accurately review, verify, and input customer and sales representative orders into the system within established timeframes.
Thoroughly check for errors and inconsistencies while processing sales orders, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any order-related issues.
Identify customer account numbers before manually entering purchase orders into the SAP system.
Respond to requests, addressing order discrepancies and issues promptly.
Provide necessary documentation for pricing corrections or customer service representative support.
Maintain clear and concise notes within orders, communicating corrections needed by the pricing team or CS Rep.
Validate the accuracy of customer information, product specifications, and inventory availability.
Review and complete orders in accordance with reporting procedures, escalating incomplete orders for further processing.
Handle and address customer complaints effectively and professionally.
Requirements
Proficient in 10-key data entry by touch.
Prior experience in order entry and customer service roles.
Basic understanding of Excel and Word; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing.
Ability to manage workload priorities with a sense of urgency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with others.
