About the Role:

zyBooks is looking to hire one full-time remote bookstore and fulfillment agent, to join our positive, enthusiastic, motivated team of over 12 existing support and bookstore/fulfillment agents. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented person wishing to work full-time from home, yet be part of a team and contribute to a nearly 200-person company focused on improving college education and student success.

How you will make an impact:

• Generating access keys for bookstores
• Completing additional tasks, such as analyzing data or generating reports.
• Reviewing courseware for correct configuration
• Communicating with bookstores via email and video calls
• Communicating with internal zyBooks teams via email and video calls
• Processing instructor adoption requests and configuring requested courseware, using online internal tools

What we look for:

• College degree (in any field) preferred
• Highly reliable
• Good writing skills
• Calm and professional
• Good computer skills, strong internet access
• Detail oriented
