Clutch is looking for an Operations Director for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Client Success Team and Ad Ops groups, ensuring their optimal performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
• Streamline agency operations by evaluating and optimizing processes.
• Oversee the implementation of new CRM and software solutions, leveraging technical expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless operations.

Required skills:

• Strong technical acumen with experience in CRM and software implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization abilities.
• Knowledge of the media industry is a plus.
• Effective leadership and analytical skills, capable of driving process improvements.
• Proven track record in managing operational teams, preferably in the media or agency industry.
