Director, Product Operations (Global TNF)

- Drive and Lead the project management activities required to identify and execute the inputs required for Product processes execution, in conjunction with key stakeholders across the entire organization.
- Lead & establish critical business process & detailed calendars in alignment to the Global Process. Manage community to translate the Product Creation Calendar into detailed procedures to achieve on time completion of critical deadlines & execution of inputs required.
- Critical communication. Communication will be quick to action, clear and precise, to cover triage procedures and calendars.
- Communicates with leadership and stakeholders the project plan, outlining goals, timelines, deliverables, obstacles, and dependencies needed to ensure a successful launch.
- Communicate roadmap updates and progress against key deliverables to internal stakeholders in a clear, accurate and timely way, serving as key point of contact for performance tracking against roadmap and process.
- Have a strong background in product management and operations. Accustomed to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Drive against issue resolution and establish key opportunities to ensure operational excellence within the organization, developing and ensure timely, audience-appropriate strategic communication to internally align on deliverables
- Identify challenges across organizations and create processes to solve them. Work with other teams to manage creation and execution of goals, aligning with the product area strategy. Coordinate cross-functional project teams to execute analyses to develop recommendations.
- Lead Product Operations Team to structure and build seasonal detailed calendars in conjunction with the Senior Leadership and Managers, owning seasonal inputs, team hindsight learnings & input/output for key milestones. Critical input and process ownership required for cadence of activities, objectives, agendas, tools & contents, and logistics for key meetings.
- Responsible for strategically planning events leading up to seasonal milestone meetings to ensure team and cross function alignment.
- Lead & Facilitate Cross Functional Discussions inclusive of: Internal Ways of Working & Decision Rights Process Alignment, Structure of Time and deliverables.
- Provide clarity in ambiguous situations to ensure stakeholders are aware of risks and opportunities.
- Lead and coach a team of direct reports
- Create standardized tools that enable the team to execute, including streamlined performance reporting, GTM tools, and Milestone Presentations.
- Building, Leading, Executing & Maintaining on time in full deliverables & improving efficiencies & executing to brand goals
- Event management: facility with the logistics and agenda setting for large events and the ability to gracefully execute and own their implementation
- 10+ years in a fast-paced matrix environment or a consulting/agency environment
- Business acumen: understanding of the product lifecycle & to think creatively, with high foresight & holistic strategic mindset
- 7+ years in fashion vertical organization
- Ability to multitask and strong interpersonal skills as well as cross-functional team leadership, strategic planning, vendor management, design thinking
- Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent project management skills: efficient, organized and collaborative, able to keep track of multiple streams of work and accomplish work through others
