Operations Coordinator (MSP) - Remote

About the Role:

Our MSP (Managed Service Provider) Team is looking to add an outgoing, proactive, and hardworking Operations Coordinator who will partner with staffing agencies and clients to address and fill staffing needs. Our ideal candidate will be motivated, outgoing, and have a high level of organization and personal accountability.


Who You Are:

We’d love to speak with you if…

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • You currently live in Central Standard Time (CST) of the United States (required: due to local hours, we are only considering remote applicants in this time zone)
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • You have a go-getter attitude and are ready for a fast-paced work environment
  • You have 1+ years in the healthcare staffing field (preferred)
  • You have 2-3 years of client service experience (required)


What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain order accuracy with clients and sub-vendors. This includes (but is not limited to) managing sub-vendors, negotiating bid rates, job orders to increase fill rate, and credentialing of candidate submittals
  • Assists sub-vendors to ensure their employees’ information in HRIS is accurate and current. Ensures employee data in HRIS is accurate and current
  • Answers the telephone and provides information or directs calls accordingly
  • Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and tele-training sub vendors, clients and users
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations related to all business practices
  • Assists in compiling weekly billing and processes in vendor management system for invoicing. Assists in weekly or monthly billing administration to all accounts at specific defined billing cycles
  • Track account management activities through various reports
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target new sub-vendors to place candidates for staffing assignments. Gathers all necessary supporting documents and submits to agency management team
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Ensures equipment is in good order and secures necessary repairs or replacement as directed
  • Prepares various operational reports as directed by the Area Manager or Director.
  • Communicates updates to clients and sub-vendors through email blasts including but not limited to new processes and urgent focus orders
  • Works independently on special projects and assignments, as assigned
