Operations Coordinator

This job is remote in Lincolnshire, IL.

Position Overview for the Operations Coordinator:

  • Manage end-to-end deployment of merchandising tactics which includes creation, calendar management, and tracking
  • Tracking performance of merchandising, updating dashboards and keeping the team informed
  • Problem solve, troubleshoot, and partner with the team to successfully support high impact initiatives

Required Skills for the Operations Coordinator:

  • Bachelors degree
  • High attention to detail and strong process/project management skills
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
  • 1+ years experience working in Communications, Marketing Operations, or a general Operations role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Strong business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions
