With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.

The Clinic Operations Team provides quality, comprehensive patient care in an assigned facility, covering for regular staff members that, for a variety of reasons, are unable to attend to their normal positions. The Clinic Operations Team provides clinical and nursing support and encompasses a broad skill set that enables members to float to various areas in the hospital or clinic. As the Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will bring essential oversight and leadership to manage staff activities and daily operations at our Clinic Operations department. Your responsibilities will include providing training to improve the facility staff’s clinical proficiency in their assigned tasks, and helping to improve patient flow and revenue cycle management processes. Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Business or health related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Two (2) years progressive revenue cycle related work experience in a healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. Knowledge of International Classification of Diseases (ICD-9) and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) coding. EPIC Master Scheduling experience. Previous supervisory experience.
