Job Purpose

As the Operations Coordinator, your mission is to serve as the operational and administrative backbone of the organization, working closely with the company president to develop programs and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·Collaborate with the Company President to design, build, and improve service programs.

·Manage administrative and operational tasks such as scheduling, client invoicing, KPI tracking, and responding to customers.

·Coordinate the creation and publishing of marketing content.

·Establish and maintain a smooth daily, weekly, and monthly operational rhythm.

·Provide delivery and account management for a select number of clients.

How Success Will Be Measured

·Number of tasks and responsibilities effectively delegated from the Company President.

·Demonstrated improvement in operational reporting and program enhancements.

·Efficiency gains achieved through automation, ai, and streamlined processes.

·Reduced turnaround time for client invoice payments

·Quantity and impact of marketing content published.

·Number of processes documented, then automated or outsourced to enhance operational efficiency.
