Onboarding Manager Jobs

Guideline is looking for an Onboarding Manager to lead a team of 7 that works with clients to help implement their Guideline 401(k) and assist with transferring assets. You will report to the Director of Onboarding & Offboarding.

The Team

The Onboarding team strives to provide our clients with a delightful first experience with implementing their Guideline plan. We are a highly collaborative and driven group that partners with our clients and cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation of and transfer of assets.

What You Will Work On

We are looking for an experienced leader with an analytical & operational mindset with a focus on providing a delightful client experience to partner with the Customer Operations department to ensure a high performing team.

• Identify, create, and lead process improvement programs to create automated processes within the company's business systems.
• Manage a team of Onboarding Operations & Specialists with a focus on professional development & growth
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to continually improve process
• Manage client escalations through phone and email
• Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize product enhancements to create internal efficiencies and enhance our client's experience.
• Identify, improve, and manage metrics on an individual contributor level and team level

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of management experience
• Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to articulate complex situations, roadblocks and solutions
• 3+ years of program management experience
• Experience with reporting & analyzing team metrics, and ability to form action plans against the results
• Proficient in Salesforce, Looker, and JIRA
• 5+ years of client facing in a client facing role, ideally in SaaS or FinTech industry

Offer Package

The expected Salary Range for this position is $108,000 - $135,000 annually. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
