CB Client Onboarding - Onboarding VP 603

Role Summary:

The Client Implementations team is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of the setup of custom Treasury and Banking services to ensure a best-in-class experience with our clients. Lead a project team that provides support for the implementation of Treasury and Banking products and services. Gather and provide data and feedback to internal business partners and ensure project management tools are developed and published. Assist in the training and roll out of the product to the clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diligent awareness of business risk and ownership of issues when they arise
  • Manage client and partner expectations and understanding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations and Product Management
  • Some travel required (20%) to visit clients and internal partners
  • Work with partners in Operations and Product Management to streamline processes
  • Exhibit ownership of implementations experience and client satisfaction

Ultimately, you'll be expected to own our Client's Onboarding experience, end-to-end. This includes:

  • Manage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations.
  • Representing us as the client facing, contact responsible for a successful end-to-end client experience during complex treasury product implementations with Commercial Banking clients around the world
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and judgement
  • Use of MS Office tools to document scope, meeting agendas and minutes and project plans
  • Use of workflow tool for status updates and document repository
  • Manage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding technical aspects of treasury solutions including – RFP responses, clients presentations and client visits
  • Scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services
  • Empowerment to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to success

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in coaching or mentoring employees and proven ability to successfully manage conflict
  • Experience in risk awareness and skills to develop and ensure quality program set ups
  • Strong presentation and negotiating skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage conflict
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Services
  • Experienced in managing conflict and adapting to change
  • Demonstrated team building skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • BS/BA and 6+ years of relevant experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Prior project management or senior project management experience
  • Knowledge of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment framework and testing
  • Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting
