How will you affect the business?
- Assist agency partners with Employee Navigator and employee benefits questions.
- Support Corporate Headquarters and Agency Partners
- Processes various reports and focuses on the administrative tasks associated with HR reporting, policy and procedures.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and make recommendations.
- Assists with special projects as assigned by management.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
- Assist and support management and leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
- Review and update employee handbooks.
- Own the onboarding process for new employees. Experience with Paylocity a plus.
- Process liaison for employee relations questions and concerns, leaves of absence, paid time off, workers compensation, etc.
- Follows up with and tracks all aspects of employment, such as completing employment forms, conducting orientations, and notifying departments of new hire starting dates.
- Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll in a multi-state environment.
- Assist with orientation of new employees. Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Education and Experience:
- Experience using Employee Navigator and Paylocity a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
- SHRM-CP a plus
