Job Title: Client Onboarding Analyst, Investment Outsourcing Operations (IOO)

Summary:

Responsible for managing workstreams and performing critical analysis for large scale, enterprise-wide Programs. Programs involve delivery of critical strategic business capabilities or regulatory changes that impact multiple business units or disciplines. This role is responsible for aligning resources, creating project plans, tracking key milestones / risks / dependencies for their assigned workstreams as well as executing on the deliverables within the workstream, including analysis, and elicitation of and documentation of requirements.


Major Duties:


  • Focus of role is on execution of a workstream(s) initiated to deliver a change in the strategic direction of business function activities; expansion of critical business capabilities or implementation of cross business unit regulatory change.
  • Facilitation of cross discipline (business unit) coordination for decision making regarding scope; prioritization and issue resolution.
  • Communication of workstream objectives; risks; issues and overall status to multiple levels of the organization, as well as clients
  • Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business and technology to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • Manages implementation of complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues

Knowledge / Skills:


  • Teamwork skills to drive execution without direct reporting line responsibilities
  • Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the workstream goals, structure, budget, and resource need within the context of the overall project/program.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Understanding of test methodologies
  • In-depth Functional / Industry (Invest Management and/or Middle Office Outsourcing) Knowledge is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

Experience:


  • Technical and/or business knowledge developed through previous industry experience.
  • Seasoned expert with program / project / workstream management and business analysis expertise that has been developed over 10+ years of experience.
