Hiring Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper in Woodbury, NJ


Full Time / Hybrid Role (2 days from home) / $45-65k, Full Benefits and 401k


Our solar/roofing company is growing, and we are in need of someone to help organize and maintain our office. The Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper role maintains and oversees much of our day-to-day office duties including using QuickBooks to track finances, answering phones and emails, conducting weekly payroll, conducting purchasing orders, and other office related duties as needed.


We are offering a competitive salary with full benefits and 401k. The Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper has the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. Candidates must have a few years of previous admin/bookkeeper experience, Quick Books experience, highly effective communication, and time management skills.


:


  • Answering phones and emails
  • Cleaning and organizing office
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and various Google products to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets and more.
  • General office duties include billing, pay role, creating reports, entering and categorizing receipts, and using Quick Books
  • Other office responsibilities may be assigned as required
  • Data entry and filing


Qualifications:


  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Quick Books and accounting experience required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Quick Books and Outlook.
  • Must be able to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity.
  • Ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and detail orientated
  • A few years of previous admin/office/bookkeeping experience required (3-5 years preferred)
  • Must be able to work 3 days in office in Woodbury, NJ
  • Basic computer/office equipment skills (typing, computer, copier, fax machine)
