Job Description

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports. They will be will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events.They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely processing of payroll
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
  • Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
  • Coordinate and organize office activities

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
