Bookkeeping Administrative Assistant


Part time/ full time bookkeeper assistance needed, flexible hours

Be an integral part of a fast-growing bookkeeping business

In office, located in Lakewood


Responsibilities

  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Phones and emails correspondence
  • Data entry and scanning
  • Accounts payable and receivable

  • Organizational Skills
  • Good Communication & Writing Skills
  • Honest and Trustworthy
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Agile and eager to learn new things
  • Bookkeeping Experience a must !!
  • Attention to Details
  • Knowledge in Word & Excel
