Location: Greater Seattle Area in Washington
You will:
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting in Quickbooks Online
Payroll
Benefits administration, including 401k
Accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections
Company expense reports management
Work with external financial auditors
- Provide administrative support to Management and administrative staff
- Track Team hours and invoicing
- Prepare accounting and financial reporting, e.g. forecasting, COGS
You have:
- 3+ years QuickBooks Online experience is required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proactive in identifying what needs to get done and knows how to manage up
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- 5+ years of Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are:
- Highly competent with MS Office Suite
- Comfortable with learning cloud-based systems independently
- Agile and flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
Job Type: Full-time
