Habitat America, LLC, a thriving property management company, has an opening for a Part-Time Office Assistant position for a senior affordable housing apartment community, Andrew Kim House in Olney, MD. Hours: This position is Part Time approximately 20-24 HOURS PER WEEK on average. Applicants for this position must have proficient computer skills, must demonstrate first-rate customer service skills, and have ability to meet the challenges of a demanding work environment. Prior property management experience is preferred but not required. Prior experience working with seniors is a plus as well! Some duties of the position would include; organizing social activities, compiling the activities calendar, touring prospects, filing paperwork, receiving phone calls, assisting the Community Manager with duties as assigned.
