Job Description
Premium family owned and operated banquet and event facility located in the north metro Atlanta area is seeking a full time; highly motivated, self-driven detailed oriented administrative Assistant to join our family centric team immediately.
Office Assistant Job Responsibilities
  • Ensures proper operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment in collaboration with management.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Provides information to internal and external customers by answering questions and requests.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Knowledge of triple seat software is a plus.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Hours And Benefits
  • The compensation rate range from $16 / Hrs. - $19 / Hrs. depending on experience.
  • This position is eligible for 5 days paid time off after 90 days and 10 days paid time off after the first year work anniversary.
  • The business hours of operation is from 10:00 to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Education And Experience Requirements

  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks.
