Office Assistant Job Responsibilities
- Ensures proper operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment in collaboration with management.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Provides information to internal and external customers by answering questions and requests.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Knowledge of triple seat software is a plus.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- The compensation rate range from $16 / Hrs. - $19 / Hrs. depending on experience.
- This position is eligible for 5 days paid time off after 90 days and 10 days paid time off after the first year work anniversary.
- The business hours of operation is from 10:00 to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.

- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks.
