About the Role:
As a Revenue & Margin Growth Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and profitability by analyzing market dynamics, optimizing pricing strategies, and identifying revenue enhancement opportunities. Your expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and pricing will enable you to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, you will help develop and implement revenue management strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular performance reviews of pricing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, pricing, and profitability.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and algorithms to support pricing decisions across different portfolios, and customer segments.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate revenue performance and insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and other factors influencing market share and revenue performance.
- Evaluates performance to ensure execution and continuous improvement through learnings working closely with the pricing managers, and sales / market managers as well as different finance teams.
- Provide recommendations on pricing adjustments, discount structures, and revenue maximization strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, pricing initiatives, and product launches.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to address specific business unit questions or challenges related to revenue management. This may involve conducting deep-dive analyses, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the potential impact of various factors on revenue and profitability.
- Assist in the development and implementation of revenue forecasting models to support budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging revenue management techniques.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
- Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of the Beer industry and its key drivers of revenue is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Revenue & Margin Growth Analyst or similar role, preferably in a dynamic and competitive industry.
- Solid understanding of pricing strategies, revenue management concepts, and market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience working with revenue management systems and pricing optimization software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Experience with developing tools with Excel, Qlik Sense, R, Python, and similar Business Analytics platforms for the use of cross functional teams and training teams for the adoption of created tools.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $200 Monthly Beverage Allowance

- Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 + Annual Bonus
