We're searching for a diligent office assistant manager to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, addressing client concerns and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. $30,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
• Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
• Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
• Oversee online and print marketing efforts

• Manage client relations

• Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
• Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
• Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
• Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
• High school diploma or GED required
