JOB DESCRIPTION:

The NTI Analyst will provide Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) for an Air Force National Tactical Integration (AF NTI) mission at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. The NTI Analyst will be part of a trusted team of highly experienced professionals who can quickly grasp issues and primary components to combine using an understanding of global multi-domain challenges to help provide clear information to a variety of customers. This job requires the NTI analyst to have a fully adjudicated (not interim) U.S. Government-issued security clearance at time of hire and, therefore, requires U.S. citizenship. Additionally, the successful applicant must have completed or be able to complete a US Government administered polygraph. This job has no remote work opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in and provide input to meetings supporting the host site and AF NTI customer ISR planning.
• Review/update AF NTI training materials and procedures and requirements change, or new ones are developed and provide updates to the local AF NTI leadership for review/approval.
• Research and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) from AF NTI customers.
• Review AF NTI operational processes and procedures for currency and accuracy and provide a Memorandum for Record (MFR) detailing the results to the local government AF NTI leadership monthly.
• Provide input to the local government AF NTI leadership for the respective site's daily summary (NTISUM) report covering the day's mission activity.
• Serve as SME for AF NTI operational processes and procedures.
• Enable access to near-real-time (NRT) relevant, tailored ISR information.
• Update mission continuity materials as operational processes and procedures change, or as new ones are developed and provide updates to the local government AF NTI leadership for review/approval.
• Maintain routine contact and collaborate with sister AF NTI elements and other AF ISR partners to ensure effective chat channel operations and flow of information between elements.
• Collaborate on Analysis, Correlation, and Fusion (ACF); and Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) to maintain situational awareness of the operational environment and evolving priorities.
• Support the defining, researching, and refining RFIs and drafting new and revised information needs statements and emphasis requirements.
• Socialize analytical efforts with production organizations and provide analytic input for products, including classification guidance and sanitization.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma.

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

• Windows apps (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Internet Explorer)
• National intelligence collection platforms and processes
• Messaging tools (e.g., Test Flight, NSRP, PULSE, METRICKS, DEFSMAC/DAAR and Grapevine)
• Fully adjudicated (not interim) US Government-issued security clearance with CI polygraph
• Airborne and other tactical intelligence collection platforms and processes
• Joint and Combined Air and Space Operations Centers processes
• Aerospace operations planning and associated documents, such as Air Tasking Orders (ATOs) and Special Instructions (SPINS)
• 4+ years of experience as a cryptologic/intelligence analyst, linguist, or collector and expertise in the following subject areas:
• Familiar with with classification manuals/guidelines and information sanitization processes
• United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSID) and cryptologic policies, and familiar with other AF and DoD Intelligence Directives and policies
• Practical /working knowledge of the following:
• NSANet, JWICS, and SIPRNet
• Cryptologic collection, dissemination and retrieval systems, databases and methods
• SIGINT collection management processes and strategies and familiar with other intelligence disciplines' collection management processes and strategies
• Chat tools (e.g., ZIRCON, Info Workspace, Jabber, ChatSurfer)

• Able to grasp system concepts and communicate their applications
• Capable of learning new systems and associated software application quickly for proficient execution of tasks
• Well-organized; capable of managing multiple projects with time-related constraints in a fast-paced environment
• Be an effective communicator at multiple levels and able to speak effectively to groups of internal and/or external customers or employees

OTHER:

• Due to security clearance requirement, applicant must be a US citizen
• Must pass an employment drug test.
