Job Summary
Position Summary: As a Data Analyst within our Research & Development Team, you will be an integral part of an agile development group that focuses on constructing and enhancing proprietary enterprise-grade software systems utilizing various data analyzation tools. The ideal candidate for this position is not just a Data Analyst, but a true builder at heart, capable of collaborating seamlessly with other team members and providing valuable assistance when needed. Our collective efforts are directed towards crafting cutting-edge solutions and ensuring the success of our software projects internally as well as externally for our customers.
Job Responsibilities: Use Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports Develop and maintain data models Work with other team members to collect and clean data Create and present data visualizations Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver insights
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, finance or computer science 2+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis Experience with other data analysis tools, such as Power BI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Competencies: Teamwork, initiative, multicultural sensitivity and interpersonal communication, ability to easily move between tasks in certain situations, self-starter, ability to give instructions to peers, willingness to do whatever it takes to meet company and customer expectations. Expert in Microsoft Excel Above average knowledge of Data Analytics tools not limited to PowerBI Knowledge of client/server application development Knowledge of agile development methodologies Knowledge of unit testing theory
