Experienced technical process design analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technology projects. Resource must be able to gather and elicit requirements/stories from a business team and apply technical knowledge in process models, use cases, technical requirements/stories, acceptance criteria and more. This resource should have technical design skills and understanding. The resource must be able to be able to act as the communication hub between tech teams and business partners/product owners. This resource must also be able to perform as team lead/scrum master when necessary.Strong knowledge of Agile principles, ceremonies and artifacts (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, Lean, etc.) is required.

• Must have excellent communication, verbal and written to conduct presentations and deliver technical requirements
• Must be an intermediate level or above user of Office suite including Visio.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA tool required
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility
• Must have technology project background and understand full SDLC
• Strong team player with superior time management skills
